All orders ship from Vancouver, Canada.

Processing Time:   

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days.
If your order includes a handmade candle or a new release, it may take a little longer—we’ll keep you posted.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $150 (before tax and discounts).

Carriers We Use:

We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

International Orders: 

We ship internationally. Shipping times vary and may be affected by customs processing.
Please note: duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Your Order: 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
